After much anticipation, I finally received my Bassoon Gig Bag from TomandWill. I was elated that, though they do not ship to the USA, they made an exception for me. The bassoon bag is spectacular. The nylon is rugged, and the bottom has additional tough nylon to keep it safe from whatever surface you'd sit it on. The inner holding area fits both traditional and gentleman style bassoons, and each section inside the bag has a soft cover, to keep dust and the top of each bassoon section safe even inside the case. The bocal pocket has room for two bocals, but looks big enough to hold a replacement bocal wallet that holds more (such as some that hold up to four bocals). Additionally, the front pouch's space is large enough to hold EVERYTHING that I keep in a bassoon case to fix anything that may happen while I'm away from home performing. I give this case a full 5/5 rating, because of it's great design, low price (compared to others very similar to it), and fact that even with my bassoon and accessories all inside it weighs only as much as my former case alone (completely empty). Their customer service was great as well...even when speaking to them over the phone. All in all, I highly recommend this bassoon gig bag if you're looking for a sturdy replacement for your old (possibly heavy) case. It is a great find!
