You can pay for your purchases by Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Eurocard, Maestro, Solo, JCB & PayPal.
If you choose to pay by credit or debit card then the details of your card number will be securely encrypted before they are transmitted over the Internet or stored on our computers. This makes your card details completely undecipherable by anyone except us. And as soon as the order has been processed, your card details are automatically deleted from our computer.

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY IS FREE OF CHARGE*

Delivery is free of charge for all orders within the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and Isle of Wight.
*Delivery is charged at £3.50 per order for orders under £15.00
Deliveries to Channel Islands and Isle of Man are subject to a small delivery charge which is calculated at checkout.

Orders within Europe and European Union are subject to a small delivery charge depending on country and size of parcel and is calculated at checkout.

 

If ordering for delivery overseas, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes that are added once the order arrives in your country. Any add-on charges for customs clearance must be accepted by you. Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

 

Shipping normally takes place within 48 hours (subject to stock) from your order being received and should be delivered within 3-8 days and depending on your country

When you place your first order, we'll store your name and address details on our database and give you a unique customer ID which identifies you to our computer. Your customer ID will also be stored as a "cookie" on your computer's hard disk, so that the next time you visit our shop we can identify you automatically and you won't have to key in your details all over again. However please note that for security reasons we do not permanently store your credit card details on our database, so you will need to key these in each time you use the shop. Of course, you are free to browse our site without registering.
