Our carriage charges are calculated at the checkout and vary according to the order size, value, weight and destination.
The easiest way to check the carriage charge is to place the item(s) in your shopping basket, at which time the cost will be shown. If you decide not to proceed with the item, simply remove it from your order.
Our carriage charges are normally calculated as follows:
| Woodwind/brass/string instruments and keyboards | prices range from £5.95 to £9.95 per instrument |
| Digital pianos, piano stools and certain other heavy or bulky items | Carriage charge will be calculated and shown at checkout |
Orders which do not contain any of the special items listed above are normally charged as follows:
| Orders up to £10 | carriage £3.00 per order |
| Orders up to £25 | carriage £3.50 per order |
| Orders up to £50 | carriage £4.00 per order |
| Orders up to £200 | carriage £5.95 per order |
| Orders above £200 | carriage £6.95 per order |
| UK except Northern Ireland and Channel Islands | Over 1kg: UPS, ParcelForce or TNT. Under 1kg: Royal Mail packet post. |
| Northern Ireland and Channel Islands* | Normally UPS or ParcelForce |
Please note that orders to the Channel Islands are sometimes subject to carriage surcharges, which will only be applied with your knowledge and agreement.
